whole and half hog boxes

we have a limited number of whole and half hog boxes that will be available on a rotating basis throughout the year.

a box is made up of cuts from one whole hog, which is approximately 210lb hanging weight. all boxes include a long list of our favorite recipes and a jar for your finished rendered lard!

we will ask for a $200 deposit that will be applied toward your final total.

WHOLE HOG BOX

$1600; this translates to roughly $7.50/lb hanging weight (processing fees are included in this price)
these boxes include:

  • 4 butt roasts

  • 2 tenderloins

  • 4 packs of deli ham

  • 12 packs of bacon

  • 2 packs of jowl bacon

  • 4 ham hocks

  • 14 packs of assorted sausage

  • 4 packs of plain ground pork

  • 8 packs of bone in rib chops (two per pack)

  • 4 packs of spare ribs

  • 3 packs of soup/neck bones for stock

  • 4 trotters

  • 4 packs of leaf lard

  • 4 packs of backfat

  • assortment of offal (liver, kidney, tail, etc.)

HALF HOG BOX

$850; this translates to roughly $8/lb, hanging weight (processing fees are included in this price)

these boxes include:

  • 2 butt roasts

  • 6 packs of bacon

  • 1 pack of jowl bacon
