we have whole and half pigs available on a rotating basis, and seek to have a more consistent supply by the end of 2022. we aim to raise pigs that are market weight, which comes out to between 170-200lbs hanging weight.
half pigs unbutchered are $7.50/lb, and $8.00/lb in cuts.
whole pigs unbutchered are $6.50/lb, and $7/lb in cuts.
